Q2. Do you provide free trial order?
We do provide the trial order free of charge, you can send a logo to us to digitize. You can always contact us at our Sales department at joe@usadigitizers.com or call us at (703) 349-2270.

Q3. How do I place an order or quote?
We have†two different options for placing the Orders / Quotes.

Option 1
Placing the orders from the website.
We would prefer to us website as it has many advantages, you can log in to your own account with your user info as it has many options.
* Placing orders / quotes
* Order/ Quote Record ( we upload the orders in this section)
* Invoice details and many other options.

Option 2
Placing the order via email
You can also send your orders via email at digitize@usadigitizers.com †with your logo attached in JPG, TIF, BMP, CDR, AI or PDF format, although JPG is preferred (Other formats are acceptable)

Please make sure to mention the following.
A. Size: Please specify and provide information for the logo such as size, colors etc.
B. Material: What kind of fabric it will be sewn on?
C. Format: What kind of format you require and other special instructions.

Q4. How long will it take to get my design digitized?
Our standard turn-around time is 8 hours. If you have a rush/ urgent order, please let us know and we will provide you the design done in†less then 8 hours†at NO extra charge.

Q5. What's the charge for editing?
Most of the editing is FREE, except adding new part to the original logo we have done or you change your introduction that need us to re-digitize, such as adding lettering, background, and we only charge the stitches for the extra part.

Q6. What format do you offer?
We can offer you all the major formats such as .DST, EMB, CND, PES, EXP, HUS, POF, and XXX etc. Please contact our customer support for more information at digitize@usadigitizers.com or call us at (703) 349-2270.

Q7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments only through credit cards. Payment Methods: You can pay us with any of your Credit Card VISA, Master Card and American Express (An invoice for every paid order will be sent to the customer)

Q8: How do I get my design?
We will send back the completed DST file (or any other format if requested earlier), with the PDF file for the complete details of your design, as well as the scan of the original Sewout which will be scanned with high dpi and obviously tied into the thread count, then you can check the quality.

Q9. What if I don't like my job?
We make every effort to make sure that you are satisfied with your order. We will do everything possible to ensure that your orders are done with the highest quality. Let us know if you are not satisfied with the design we digitized, we will make it correct as per your request right away. Q10. Do you sell your stock design?
In order to protect customers' copyright, we do not sell stock design. Your designs will be kept strictly confidential by us. We never sell our customer's design to others. Also we have a strong system to store your designs in case you lose it or can't find it, please feel free to contact us at digitize@usadigitizers.com or call us at (703) 349-2270 we'll resend it to you at our earliest.

Yes, we can. All of digitizers here are very experienced in it.

Q12. What file formats can I send and receive back?
We can digitize from almost anything: scanned garment, hand drawing, photographs- our graphic designers will clean up the artwork and if in doubt, we will send you back the artwork for your approval. However, we prefer simpler artwork in Jpeg, bmp, ai, eps, cdr. Donít forget to convert fonts to outlines or give us the font names before sending ai, eps or cdr files.

Q13. Why does your sewout look good but ours are in the opposite?
Sewout may be quite different from two embroidery machines, using the same digitizing file.

From our experience,the followings might be factors that cause the difference:

Fabric material.
Needles
Thread
Human skill
Setting up of an embroidery machine, like speed,
Age of an embroidery machine - very new, or very old.


Different brands may or may not be a reason. The digitizing file may be customized somehow to offset such difference, if scan or digital image of your sewout is provided.

Q14. Other Common Questions about our Custom Digitizing Services?

a) Customerís ID / Password for Website?
Make sure to mention this to the customer that do they remember their id and password for the website account and remind them to update the payment screen first with credit card info before we can do their designs to update their credit card info. They would go to my profile... Billing and click on the word edit and complete the payment screen

b) Can you work with rough artwork? Can you copy from a garment?
Yes, we will try to clean it up.

c) Is my logo design embroidered and tested before delivery?
Yes, your logo or design is embroidered and tested before it is sent to you.

d) Can I have lettering only in my embroidered logos?
Yes, your logo or design can be digitized for lettering only.

d) What is the minimum size requirement of the artwork?
None. Generally we accept your artwork in any size.

e) Do you offer free consultation about digitizing for embroidery?
Yes. Our embroidery digitizers and expert management staff will be glad to advise you.

f) Can I request variations of my digitized embroidered logos?
Yes, you can request slight variations of your digitized embroidered logos.

g) Can I request multiple sizes of the embroidery digitizing?
Certainly. If there is no editing or test stitching required for the additional size(s), then you can request ONE additional size at no extra charge. Subsequent additional sizes will be charged.

h) Do you take small orders or only large orders of embroidery digitizing?
Yes, we handle both small and bulk orders.

i) Can I submit vector format artwork for embroidery digitizing?
Yes, we accept vector format artwork for digitizing your logo designs.
