It is our humble request to kindly go through our terms and conditions carefully before deciding to use our website. In case of any change in the terms and conditions, customers will be immediately notified.

Orders and Samples:

Before placing an order, customers shall make sure they have collected the correct sample for the desired product before production. Please do take a sample before production. USA Digitizers will not be responsible for any embroidered items.

Payments:

Payments can be made via master card visa and American express. To maintain a good fair and professional relation, the customers will be given a time period of 7 days to pay the invoices. In case of no response from the customer, the owners have a right to lock the account. This will prevent the customer from placing any new order.

Quality of the Product:

We promise to deliver high quality products in short amount of time. Our team of experts makes sure the quality of the product is not compromised.

Editing:

We, here at USA digitizers, are responsible for the determination of major and minor edit. However, the cost of major or minor editing will be decided by USA Digitizers.

Delivery:

We make sure the delivery of the ordered product is made on time. However, it depends on the quantity of products. Customers will be charged with reasonable deliver charges. In case of emergency, the cost may be increased. Customers will be provided estimated time and date of delivery

Alternations in the Order:

Customers are allowed to make changes in the orders they have placed. If there is a change in size of the product, this will impact the cost of the product, too. However, the charges included will be based on the difference of stitches between the original design and the up-sized design.

Sew outs:

Every customer shall order any number of sew out. The sew outs customers will order will be concluded a number of times depending on the design and quality of the product. Our team will work on the order until a desired design is produced perfectly. USA digitizers will personally check the design. We will scan thoroughly the final sew out. After it is made sure that the design has no errors, it will be delivered to the customer.
